After initial computer adding (login/register), the services tab needs to be shown

This came up after filed test research with users that were new to Ubuntu One. If we present them with the Cloud Folders tab, they don't know what to do with that page.
So, Cristian mentioned that, after a computer is added to U1, we should redirect the user to the (new) services tab.
