Portlet contents shift down while loading bug subscription form

Bug Description
Look at a bug, say this bug, and click "Subscribe". If you're in ~malone-alpha, you'll be presented with a javascript dialog. While that dialog is loading, the "Subscribe" link changes to "Loading..." with a spinner on the left. When that "Loading..." text is displayed, the contents of the portlet shift down by what looks like one or two pixels.
I've reproduced this problem in Firefox and Chrome.
