Open Library link brings up wrong information

Bug Description

Hi all,

When I open up the Open Library link for virginibuspueri00stev, it brings up the wrong metadata. Instead of 'Virginibus Puerisque', it calls up the information for 'Miscellanies : Familiar studies of men and books'. The archive.org details page displays the correct information.

This doesn't affect our scanning, but I thought I'd flag it up.

Thanks,

Zarya

Hitting http://openlibrary.org/ia/virginibuspueri00stev gets you to http://openlibrary.org/books/OL24533262M.

This edition's Read Online link goes to http://www.archive.org/stream/familiarstudies00stev, which is the right book.

Where's the problem?

Changed in openlibrary:
importance: Undecided → Medium
assignee: nobody → Edward Betts (edwardbetts)
milestone: none → general-bucket

Hi - sorry for the delay on this!

The problem is that http://openlibrary.org/ia/virginibuspueri00stev brings up the information for the book titled 'The works of Robert Louis Stevenson; Miscellanies : Familiar studies of men and books'. It should bring up the information for the book titled 'The works of Robert Louis Stevenson; Virginibus puerisque -- Crabbed age and youth -- An apology for idlers, etc.'

You can see the archive.org details page with the correct metadata here:

http://www.archive.org/details/virginibuspueri00stev

This details page includes the correct Read Online files - ie, the files are titled 'Virginibus Puerisque, etc.' BUT, when you navigate from the Read Online version to the Open Library page via the link at the top of the page, this brings up the Open Library page for 'Familiar studies of men and books' (different book). On this page, when you click 'Read Online', that brings you to the files that belong to 'Familiar studies of men and books', which can also be found here:

http://www.archive.org/details/familiarstudies00stev
