Bug Description
Upon customizing a few things in opac.dtd following our 2.0.4 upgrade, I noticed the footer copyright date still reads 2006-2010. Might be worth updating, since the 2.0.x series was released in 2011.

Hi Mike, confirmed that this is still unchanged in master/rel_2_0 and others. Can redo the patch using the new git system we have and submit for the committers to take care of this small issue.
