[FFe] Please sync new upstream release 1.6.12-2 from Debian Unstable

Please sync new upstream release 1.6.12-2 from Debian Unstable, it includes support for pcsc-lite (1.6, seems to work with 1.7 too), and complies with PEP 8 and 352. It has been in Debian Experimental since august 2010, and Debian Unstable since 23 Feb 2011. One bug in Debian PTS, which should be soon resolved.
