Update to match Subversion 1.5 interface

There is a slight difference between the current patch that is in the
Debian and Ubuntu packages of python-subversion and the interface that
is in Subversion 1.5. The interface for applying txdelta's got changed
after my initial patch.

The Python Subversion patch needs to be updated to match the 1.5
interface.

It would be good to start from this patch, which applies to 1.4.x without the
debian patch apply merger.

That's the bit we already have, this bug report is about updating the
patch similar to the Debian one and yours to incorporate incompatible
changes in the Subversion 1.5 API.

Does this mean that bzr-svn won't work against current subversion-1.5 trunk? (Seems this is the case from my tests) If so it would be good to update the documentation with the revision-id of the subversion code tree which is known to work with current bzr-svn.

This is fixed for the 0.4 series now.
