By CurrentDmesg.txt, the warning is happening after resume from suspend, and because tracing is enabled, see commit 5e38ca8 which seems to point to same problem ("tracing: Add unstable sched clock note to the warning"). That commit got reverted by another issue, but with/without it the warning continues to trigger, but could be ignored in this case.
