Bug Description

Hit CTRL+ALT+F1
It says Welcome to Ubuntu ...
and then when you log in, it says Welcome to Ubuntu.

And it shows a link to ubuntu documentation.

A link to Ubuntu documentation is not nessesarily a bad thing for TTYs.

Fixed on my Caracal box - says "Welcome to elementary OS Luna". A link to ubuntu documentation on ttt is a good thing because we don't have any user-facing docs about command line and most likely never will.
