Bug Description
This package is hard coding paths to libs that are subject to change. dependency_libs should be cleared out at build time
This is causing other packages that have a dependency chain on this package to fail now. gnome-chemistry

* fix LP: #738581 - Clear out dependency_libs in .la files during build; This
prevents FTBFS errors in other packages due to the hard coded paths to other
.la files; Thanks to Steve Langasek for helping with this.
