Hello,
This does not look like a bug in Ubuntu One, i.e. while Ubuntu One application crashes, there is not much it can do else, since it looks like the dbus daemon was not running. It may be due to the fact that you have recently updated your system and dbus daemon stopped working for the current session.
Can this be reproduced? If you get this crash on every login, could you please try running the following from the terminal:
$ dbus-monitor --session
This should connect to the same D-Bus instance and if that fails to connect, there is something wrong with your D-Bus setup. D-Bus is being relied upon by a large number of applications so if it goes down then a lot of applications will stop working.
