https://help.launchpad.net uses media from http instead of https

Hello,

using https://help.launchpad.net with the browser that warns about visiting a page which mixes https and http results in a warning popping up on just about any page. That's because there's a link to an external file, http://i.creativecommons.org/l/by/2.0/uk/80x15.png - the fix is to simply have it point to https://i.creativecommons.org/l/by/2.0/uk/80x15.png instead - note the https prefix.
