Unable to open firefox main window if download window is still open

Bug Description
I am unable to open Firefox main window with the following workflow :
1) open firefox
2) begin a download
3) display download window
4) close firefox main window (downlaod window is still here)
Then in Unity launcher, if I click on the Firefox icon, it will show the download window, but wont open the main firefox window again. Unity launcher wrongly thinks that the download window is firefox, which it is technically, but not from an activity point of view.
(of course I can open Firefox via a terminal, but that's not the point).

I created a new launcher and it works for me
