Bug Description

I need to create new user for a news schema. I cant see any buttons to do this =(.

It's possible. There is a the user privileges table.

Sorry, typo:

There is a link to schemata specific privileges for each user in the privileges table. (Database Icon)

I think is better a GUI like in phpmyadmin. But ... my chive dont see number of records on the left. This only in information schema. It is ok when I open another schema.

I think you have misunderstood my previous explanation.
See the attached screenshot, there is a privileges editor for schematas.

Priviliges => Schemata => Click on "Schema specific privileges" icon => schemata specific privilege.
