Bug Description
When the "Low disk space" warning appears, if you hover on the launcher icon it has title "gnome-
This does not seem correct and is confusing for the user.
Ideally it should not even appear in launcher, but I may be wrong about that.

This is probably a bug with gnome-settings not setting the proper hints on its dialog, but we should maybe try and prevent against it
