Bug Description
The Fedora RPM horribly breaks the system on installation, with numerous permissions problems including removing read/execute on /usr/bin.
For anyone else reading this bug who got hit by this: # yum reinstall filesystem

OK, I removed the Fedora binaries from the download page for now.
