Using the teams+sreg OpenID extensions prompts for a username to associate on login

When the OpenID teams extension is used, each time you log in it prompts you to enter a username to associate your OpenID to, even though a valid and unused username was provided with sreg.

This is due to openidrp_teams_update_user actually saving the user. Then openidrp's _handle_user_data finds an already existing user with the same name (the one openidrp_teams_update_user just saved!), so login fails to complete successfully.

I'll be proposing a patch for this shortly, I hope this is the right place for this kind of bugs, let me know if they're better placed elsewhere.
