Bug Description
Binary package hint: shutter
Under Edit > Preferences > Advanced, Window capture, if "include window decoration when capturing a window" is unchecked, the resulting capture still includes the application's menu. This happens when using "Classic desktop" mode, I haven't tested when using Unity.

This seems to work fine here. See the attached video. I have tested Unity, Classic Desktop and Classic Desktop (no effects).
