Bug Description
Need to make sure that all dbqp-related files are included in tarballs. Currently missing dbqp_data, drizzle_test_run, and randgen directories.

Hrmm. Sorry for the tracking mess.
Managed to get this into the GA tarball, so it is fix released / closed out.
All relevant dbqp files are now included in the tarball and the developer has been appropriately beaten for missing this earlier ; )
