Bug Description
None of the text in the unity UI uses subpixel smoothing; the text is rendered in greyscale. This affects the panel (window title, menu, indicators), the tooltips in the launcher and the application finder. It's especially visually jarring in case of the global menu, whose entries are properly smoothed, but whose top-level menu items are not.
