Bug Description
evolution crashes sometimes on my system. Each time, bug-buddy is started and displays a dialog box with this error message:
Unable to create the bug report: Product or component not specified.
Then no bug report is sent.
Shouldn't apport be used instead ?
This is in edgy with bug-buddy version 2.16.0-0ubuntu2.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
To use apport for GNOME applications too you can unset the /apps/bug- buddy/run_ on_crash gconf key (with gconf-editor by example). We don't do it by default because we don't have enough bug triager to handle bugs instead of upstream at the moment
