Form to propose a talk not on the LGM website

Or actually, do we only want that in the wiki ? My take is it's easier to have a form with *fields so people don't miss some important infos such as short bio and title to their talk and other questions like that.

We can add this plugin to allow for registration possibly? Would be best to get someone registered on the site:

and also could adapt for submitting talks????

I am adding Peter on cc because we have discussed the form issues and since
we do have a form already but together by Ale years ago, we can still use
it. It only needs to be updated so to reflect 2011's reality. Slight changes
in fact.

I could not be online today but I am catching up now. If Peter prefers to
use the wp-form, I am all for it. So far wp has delivered !
