Menus appear corrupted for some ms

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

When I open a menu for the first time, it appears corrupted for some ms (see the attached screenshot)
Then it is displayed as it is supposed.

So this is just a small glitch, but it's really annoying.

It seems to be a kind of "texture loading" issue because it only appear the first time I open the relative menu (there is no glitch when I re-open it).

This happens with compiz (with or without Unity) and with all menus (also indicators).

This is not a compiz bug (this also happens on a regular metacity session)
I opened bug #737543 against xorg (via ubuntu-bug)
