2.3.1: dynamic custom field with a dependency fails to show up during update

Scenario:
we want a dynamic custom field that shows up or not based on another custom field. We will setup a first, static custom field:
 * title: book on table
 * type: combo
 * options: "present", "not present"

and another on, this time dynamic, modeled after the file i'll attach, with
 * title: book's isbn
 * type: text input

everything goes well on issue creation page but not in update popup: here, i can't trigger in any way dynamic field dis/appearance and this makes Dynamic_Custom_Field_Backend::hideWhenNoOptions() basically useless.

I'll try to track it down but in the meanwhile you also know, thanks, cheers :)

ehi i tried just for fun this one and now it seems to work

it makes custom fields show up when controlling ones are selected

i tried to get the field working, added two custom fields and the class. but the second custom field never showed up
