Bug Description
While reviewing python-novaclient for deNEW, I noticed the following:
Output of suspicious-source:
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/
./tests/utils.pyc: python 2.6 byte-compiled
./tests/
./tests/
It would be good if these were removed from the source and built during the build.

I've not been able to reproduce this on 2.6.1~bzr78- 0ubuntu1. I get no .pyc files in debian/ python- novaclient when building the package from source, and I've also downloaded and extracted https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ python- novaclient/ 2.6.1~bzr78- 0ubuntu1/ +build/ 2749319/ +files/ python- novaclient_ 2.6.1%7Ebzr78- 0ubuntu1_ all.deb and found no .pyc files there.
Could this have been resolved in an earlier fix?
