Bug Description

Seaborgium on nickel is supposed to be running bootchart metrics for Natty, but it consistently fails DHCP config using Natty Server images (even when retrying manually). It succeeds when using Maverick/Lucid, so it's not a hardware issue.

Seaborgium is a Dell PowerEdge 1950 server. Full hardware details are in the attached logs tar file.
