Bug Description
I'm not really sure what happened. I was debugging and Insight dumped core. I don't remember exactly what was going on. I believe I had just set a breakpoint and pressed the button to continue. The debugger hit the breakpoint and stopped. I was getting ready to look around at some local variables, etc. when it dumped core. I had those windows open already (local variables, breakpoints, stack trace). I don't think I actually did anything though.
One other odd thing is that when I try to run the program (GNU make) I get an error dialog saying: "Cannot initialize thread debugging library: generic error". I press OK, and I get this same dialog again. I press OK again, and this time it doesn't come back and my program seems to start OK. GNU make is not a multithreaded app: it doesn't link pthread etc.

My crash occurred clicking yes in the dialog warning I was about to abort a session to load a new program file. I had clicked on the file menu, selected the file and it gave the dialog.
I had not stopped the running of the application being debugged when I loaded the new build of the application of the same name to do another cycle of debugging.
