Hi Faisal, thank you for taking the time to report this bug. This bug has been previously reported and its root cause determined, and we are now tracking it over at 259219, so I will mark this bug as a duplicate of that one.
Please check bug 259219 for a temporary workaround (you'll find it in the description) for the software-center crash. And please add any additional comments or info to that report.
