Bug Description
It should be possible to download all undownloaded episodes of a podcast with a single action. There could be a global download action, which downloads *all* episodes from all subscribed feeds and a single feed download option, that only downloads new episodes from a single feed. Reported by andyc via identi.ca.

Revision 51ce3846 on gitorious added the ability to download all unlistened episodes of a podcast from a menu. I do not think we need a global download all at present.
