error when saving settings

Bug Description

I am using Windows 7. I went to jabber icon settings (appearance of icq, msn, aim, ... icons). Then changed some checkboxes and clicked Save... then this error appeared.

The problem seems to be that the Aqua them has no chat icon, but the Oxygen them has. So the problem only happens when switching in the Standard from Aqua to Oxygen.

On the other way around, it will "forget" to Garbage collect the Chat icon.

svn revision 2866 contains a fix, just checking the existence of a key in the dictionary, before trying to retrieve it. The garbage collection still is not perfect, since it will not garbage collect all images of the previous theme in case the new theme has fewer images defined, or different.
Added a comment about the problem.
