ZServer: temporary files/filedescriptors can be lost

Bug Description

The handling of temporary files in "ZServer.HTTPResponse.ZServerHTTPResponse._finish" looks slightly wrong when the response resulted from a response being retried. Without a "retry", the temporary file is correctly closed (via a "file_close_producer"); however, in case of a "retry", this code is skipped (along with other code for which a comment indicates, it might be to break potential cycles).
