Bug Description
Now that thread folding is represented by a flag in the attributes vector, it becomes redundant if the other messages in the thread have been deleted. It should be reset. Otherwise, the message is still regarded as being the root of a thread and thread-operations apply, misleading the user.

Moreover, what happens if a single message in a folder has its folded flag on? How do you turn it off?
