Binary package hint: mumble

Mumble's menu is still in it's main window instead of the global one. Leads to an inconsistent feel given how much we use it inside the company.

It's Qt, I'm no expert there :)

Hi, do you have the appmenu-qt package installed? It is necessary for Qt applications to expose their menubars to the outside world?

It wasn't installed. Installing it got me the global menus.

Does this need some packaging changes to be installed by default with qt
apps?

I don't think appmenu-qt can be made a dependency of the qt package
itself, since building appmenu-qt requires Qt. Maybe it can be set as a
recommends? subscribing Jonathan as he probably knows better than me.

On the equivalent side for Kubuntu we added appmenu-gtk to our seeds directly, so it could be added as a dependency of the ubuntu desktop seeds.

The widgets which use dbusmenu could recommend it, indicator-appmenu recommends appmenu-gtk, it could also recommend appmenu-qt.

It could also be made a recommendation of qt itself, I don't see much disadvantage in this, it's just inconsistent with what is currently done.
