Binary package hint: banshee

That's it, instead with rhythmbox is working fine I don't know why banshee doesn't recognized him.

I'm on Laverick 10.10

Maybe this is same behaviour that report https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=633840 , however note that it's a different model. Have you checked if this issue continues with 1.9.x series? it's a shame that I actually don't have this mp3 player anymore so I can't test it
