This actually got pre-promoted because of a misunderstanding while I was reviewing, so I'm doing an after-the-fact review.

Problems: substvars are not defined (debian/control looks more like a python2 than python3 control file) and the test suite isn't run.

I have a debdiff to fix those: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/577110/plain/ but doko's going to upload for me since it's now in main.

Oh, and minor nit: would be nice if Ubuntu had a bug subscriber.
