kdesvn-kio-plugins is only an alternate dependency (kdesdk depends on kdesdk-kio-plugins | kdesvn-kio-plugins).
Though apparently kdesdk-kio-plugins is currently uninstallable on powerpc.

this doesn't make the report invalid for natty.

why is it uninstallable? how can it be demoted?
