Bug Description
Binary package hint: banshee
When I open Banshee from the Sound Menu, it turns off the volume automatically. The volume slider goes to minimum and I need to increase it manually.

Probably this issue is a duplicate of bug https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ indicator- sound/+ bug/730925, and it's fixed in the latest release of indicator-sound.
