No direct retweet/redent for Twitter or Identi.ca

When selecting the "retweet" option in Twitter or Identi.ca, instead of directly resending the tweet/dent, it just copypastes it on the message-sending textbox. There should be an option to directly resend, especially on messages that reach nearly 140 characters and thus can't be resent by copypasting. The option to resend and edit the message before sending, though, should be available as well.
