The incompatibility was a bug in bindwood, which was recently fixed. So, assuming that ubuntuone no longer needs any special handling for a buggy bindwood, I'll mark this issue "invalid" in ubuntuone, temporarily open it in bindwood, and mark it as a duplicate of the fixed issue in bug #648587.
