Bug Description
Sometimes the pager is not shown, even if the proximity is enabled (and so the thumb). You have to resize the window in order to make it appearing.
I guess this is related to the fact the pager is created too late, and doesn't respond to the first move_resize and draw calls

The issue is present because at os_scrollbar_map(), priv->pager is still NULL.
