Please backport haproxy 1.4.8-1 to lucid (currently 1.3.22-1)

Version 1.4 includes a number of attractive new options, one of which is particularly interested for improving performance of launchpad.net itself:

"http-server-close" Helps balance websites using haproxy by keeping a connection open to the client while possibly sending each request to a different server.

I have already completed a test build on lucid-amd64 using sbuild, and did some basic testing, starting/stopping the service and connecting to the ports it opened.

Haproxy 1.4.8 is in 10.10 Maverick, so it should be easy to backport.
