Bug Description
Binary package hint: debian-installer
When installing ubuntu server with encrypted LVM, upon boot, it says at top:
Unlocking the disk /dev/disk/
Then on the next line, horizontally starting where the first line ended, it says "Enter passphrase:
With every character I type, the first line is repeated and the 'Enter passphrase' line is moved down by one.
