Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Problem: ubiquity appears to stall out when installing Natty in OEM install mode. When it gets in this state, the installer apparently stops and waits for the user to insert a CD into the drive, even though they're installing from a USB stick.
Ubiquity Version: 2.5.22
Natty build: i386 Live iso from 3-2-2011
Steps to reproduce:
1) Burn live image to USB stick
2) Boot up via USB
3) Press F4 to select a mode and choose OEM
4) Proceed with install
Expected results: installer runs to completion.
Actual results: The installation proceeds fine, however, toward the end during the "Installing System" phase, the progress bar stops and the installer appears to sit there. The (attached) syslog records the below output:
#015Media change: please insert the disc labeled
Mar 2 21:29:34 ubuntu ubiquity: 'Ubuntu 11.04 _Natty Narwhal_ - Alpha i386 (20110302)'
Mar 2 21:29:34 ubuntu ubiquity: in the drive '/media/cdrom/' and press enter

...but I can only reproduce this in OEM mode. Standard install works fine.
