FWIW I don't think we should be sending these 'success' emails at all. It should mail on failure only.

To expand, the rationale for this is that we don't do it for successful source builds, only failures.

Julian, I think you mean bug 713627 for the recipe sends too much email problem. My main point about this bug is that the content could be improved to point directly to the object it's referring to.

For instance, here's the email from a recipe that failed to upload:
