Library always rebuilds

Bug Description
The TagPlayer indexes my library at every startup of the program, that takes quit long, while I can't pick a genre in the window. Still the player is able to play tracks, I just don't know if it plays the last selected genres or just any song in the library.
Is the the reindexing normal behaviour or a bug?
I'm running version 0.2.07 from the ppa on maverick.

Re-indexing is normally done every time anything in the music folder is changed.
Version 0.2.07 has the initial code refactoring to allow multiple music directories and there's a bug there that causes re-indexing every time. The next version is ready (I only have to update the GUI to release, but I haven't had time yet) and this shouldn't happen anymore.
