Bug Description
After setting a few series (oem-qa-checkbox) in a project as obsolete, I see that it's still possible to target a bug to a milestone for an obsolete series.
Despite the milestone is still active, I would have expected it to be automatically marked as not active after marking the series as obsolete. Alternatively, a warning such as 'series contains active milestones, are you sure you want to mark it as obsolete?' would have been nice.
