codebrowse hangs while trying to render http://
This is reproducible in a local LP loggerhead, but not loggerhead trunk. Probably related to the old version of Pygments that LP uses.

We've made a config change into apache to block these URLs, so once this bug is fixed, we'll need a request to remove that config change.
