Cannot open ps files printed to file from acrobat reader

Binary package hint: kghostview

I open a pdf with acrobat reader, print it to ps, and kghostview shows blank pages, while gv and evince open it correctly.

Sorry for the mess above, first I posted an empty test case, then commented it in the place where the description of the test case should have gone, however you will understand that the linked ps.gz is the test case :) Sorry for the inconvenient.
