Bug Description
Right now dealing with bug spam (or other spam) requires LOSA intervention. Given that it's one of the more common things launchpad devs on Maintenance Rotation have to deal with, it makes sense for registry administrators (who already have a lot of moderation powers) to be able to show and hide comments.
