Bug Description
I recently fixed limits/offsets to ensure that given values were integers. I didn't account for the fact that negative values are integers and actually work quite oddly with Python arrays. Currently, negative numbers can be given which produce somewhat valid, but undesirable results.
TLDR; We don't need to support negative limits and offsets, so this is a bug.
