Panel crashed after FTP - Connect

I've tried to connect to my university's ftp-server with username and password authentication. when i do the same with gFTP it works, but in gnome itself nautilus and gnome-panel crash before i get an password dialogue.

Thanks for your bug. It looks like similar to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317333 upstream according to the backtrace. Do you have a multi-monitors setup?
